1. The service and these terms

These terms govern visitor use of the supervised Quorilume AR mirror application operated by Anton Zelinskyi, Czech sole trader (OSVČ), IČO 17475911, trading as Quorilume. Contact quorilume@gmail.com.

An operator controls the experience on Quorilume equipment. Visitors see a live camera image with an AR effect and may request a photograph or an available short-video format. Event-specific information explains which features are offered and how any result is delivered. A business booking is governed by a separate agreement with the organiser.

2. Eligibility: ages 13 and older

The service is for visitors aged 13 or older, subject to any higher applicable local minimum age. Children under 13 may not use it, including with a parent present. Eligibility applies before entering the active camera experience, not only before saving a capture.

In the Czech service, Quorilume requires parent or legal guardian confirmation for visitors aged 13–14. Other applicable local age and guardian requirements must also be met. The operator checks each visitor; the app does not verify age or parental authority automatically. If eligibility or required permission is uncertain, participation must not start.

Intended territories are the Czech Republic, other EU countries and permitted US locations. AR Mirror use is excluded in Illinois, Texas and any other Snap-prohibited territory. Availability remains subject to applicable approvals. These terms do not grant permission to bypass platform or local restrictions.

3. Your choice to participate

Participation is voluntary. The operator must explain the selected format, camera display, storage and recipients before a session starts. You can refuse, leave or ask to stop without losing entry to the event or access to unrelated services.

Agreement to these terms is separate from permission to capture or retain a photograph or video. The operator must obtain the visitor’s permission and any required parental authorisation. A project acknowledgement stored on the operator’s device does not provide permission for future visitors.

4. Snap Camera Kit and other platforms

Quorilume uses Snap Camera Kit for AR effects. Applicable Snap notices and acceptance steps remain separate from these terms and must be completed using the SDK or another method authorised by Snap. The operator must not dismiss or accept a required prompt on a visitor’s behalf without a valid basis. Declining a required Snap agreement prevents use of the Lens.

The website’s Snapchat, TikTok and Roblox pages describe studio services. Use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and age rules; these mirror terms do not replace them.

5. Photos, video and audio

The active camera image may be visible to people near the event display. Please do not enter the camera area unless you intend to take part. The operator should avoid including bystanders and must obtain the required permission from each person in a group capture.

A saved capture starts only through the capture controls. A still photo does not record audio. The current video feature can record the microphone, including voices and nearby sounds; video/audio must be explained and authorised before recording. The operator may stop a recording early.

The result may be shown in Preview. Video formats and delivery methods are offered only when their operational and privacy arrangements are ready. Automatic printing, cloud upload and public posting are not part of the current application.

6. Storage, delivery and deletion

Files are stored locally on a Quorilume-controlled device. Tracked photos and new videos have fixed deletion deadlines seven days after capture, with earlier deletion after handover where practical or on a valid request. The application provides a media ledger and protected operator controls.

Cleanup runs when the camera or protected Gallery opens, or when the operator selects Delete expired. There is no background deletion scheduler; if the app is stopped, cleanup waits until its next use. The operator must meet the seven-day policy and manually review/delete older untracked videos before event use. See the Privacy Policy.

Ask the operator or email quorilume@gmail.com for early deletion. Include the event and approximate capture time. A parent or guardian may make the request for their child. We cannot recover a deleted file or promise indefinite storage.

7. Your media and permitted use

Taking part does not give Quorilume permission to use your likeness or your child’s likeness in marketing, advertising or public posts. Separate permission is required for those purposes. An organiser’s receipt or reuse must be specifically explained for the event.

These terms do not transfer your existing rights in your likeness or contributions. AR artwork, Lenses, software and brand assets remain subject to their owners’ rights and any applicable licences. When sharing a delivered capture, respect the rights and choices of everyone shown.

8. Safe and respectful participation

Follow reasonable operator and venue instructions. Do not damage equipment, bypass protected controls, browse another visitor’s captures, harass someone, or record someone without the required permission. Do not use the experience or its output unlawfully or to infringe another person’s rights.

The operator may pause or end a session to protect people, privacy or equipment. Stop immediately if the experience causes discomfort and tell the operator.

9. Availability and responsibility

Effects and capture may be interrupted by equipment, connectivity or venue conditions. A particular Lens or result is not guaranteed to be available throughout an event. Ask the operator for help if a capture fails.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, removes mandatory consumer protections, or limits your data-protection rights. These terms do not make a parent automatically liable for every action of a child.

10. Questions, complaints and disputes

Please contact quorilume@gmail.com first so we can try to resolve a problem. Czech law applies to the standard Czech service, while any mandatory protections and court rights available to a consumer under applicable law remain unaffected. Privacy complaints may also be made to the competent supervisory authority.

11. Changes

The date and version shown above identify these terms. Material changes will be explained before participation where required. A revision does not retrospectively authorise collection, sharing or reuse of earlier captures.
